Plywood Surface

Plywood is the surface preferred by riders. We have gone to great lengths to develop a system that the client can be assured of with increased fire proofing and reduced cost maintenance.

Benefits:

  • Flexible build option
  • Riders preferred surface
  • More ramps for budget
  • Fire proof
  • Very quiet in use

Skatelite Surface

Fearless Ramps are able to offer Skatelite Pro as an alternative ride surface for fitment to either our steel or timber framed ramps. This ramp surface originated in America where the warm dry climate of the West coast lent itself to the adoption of this material.

Skatelite is a laminated composite material which requires no planed annual maintenance. The longevity of this material is between 2 and five years dependant on use and it is available in a range of colors. Skatelite can suffer from expansion in our wet climate and this should be considered when debating upon your surfacing options.

This material attracts a higher initial capital cost out-lay; however this could be offset against the potential revenue savings for lower maintenance costs. We will be pleased to discuss the relative merits of all the surfacing solutions with you.

Benefits

  • Very low maintenance
  • 1 Year material guarantee (manufacturer)
  • Good ride characteristics
